This accompanied by better trained staff than most outsourced recruiters, means that they are a trsuted site. We know of graduates who have found employment with them.
- Disadvantages - Emails at times can be irrelevant.
- Advantages - Milkround.com specialise in graduate jobs. They are a recruitment site and attempt to fill vacancies internally, contacting employers and contacting potential candidates. Your likelihood of finding work with them is best when registered in advance of graduation.
- Disadvantages - Graduate roles can be irrelevant at times, but overall a smart choice for registering. As graduate schemes often intake annually you can often miss out on opportunities and find yourself waiting around for a year until the next exciting opportunity.
